Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

 

Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place domestically (Austria), EU and worldwide.

 

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Austria):

We charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros for shipping costs (except orders under 20 euros: 9,90 euros).
For orders over 50.00 euros, delivery is free of charge.

 

Deliveries within the EU:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Within Germany: 9.90 euros (except orders under 20 euros: 15,90 euros)
For orders over 90.00 euros, delivery is free of charge.

Within the rest of the EU: 14 euros
For orders over 120.00 euros, delivery is free of charge.


 

Deliveries to non EU countries:

Switzerland: Flat rate shipping fee: € 14.00

USA: Flat rate shipping fee: $ 37.00 or $ 89.00 for higher orders (=larger packaging)

Customs fees are to be borne by the customer.

 

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the delivery time is usually up to 14 days (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of the payment instruction) - due to the high level of craftsmanship or due to delivery delays on the part of the shipping service providers, which are not within the sphere of influence of Val Gardena Woodcarving Gebr. Grossrubatscher, delivery times may be longer.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

 

On-site pick-up

If desired, orders can also be picked up at the office at Veitingergasse 20, or at our Advent market stand at the Christmas market on Spittelberg (Spittelberggasse) or on Freyung.

Further payment details

If you pay by bank transfer, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
